Gerald Hackworth

Mesquite, NV- Gerald N. Hackworth, 70, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at Valley Hospital, Las Vegas, NV. He was born October 31, 1947, in Pocatello, Idaho to Richard G. and Elizabeth Hackworth. He married Bobi Zollinger on November 18, 1970, in Pocatello, Idaho.

Jerry was raised and educated in Pocatello. His career was as an electrical salesman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and shooting. He served in the 82nd Airborne from 1968-1969, completed a tour of duty in Vietnam and was Honorably Discharged from service.

He is survived by his wife, Bobi Hackworth; of Mesquite, NV, his sister; Carolyn (William) Wilson of Valley, Washington; his brother, Royce of Elko, NV; his sister, Debra Lucus of Denver, CO; his sister-in-law, Vicki Zollinger of Salt Lake City, UT, and numerous nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law.
