Jan Kaplan

Mesquite, NV. Janet (Jan) Kaplan, 73 years young, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at her home in Mesquite, NV. She was born on January 31, 1944 in Newark, NJ along with her twin, Maddie Phillips.
She is survived by her loving husband and soulmate; Peter Bellchambers, her sister; Maddie, her son; Adam, her daughter; Karin, and her grandchildren; Annie, Danielle, Elise, Lazarus, and Samantha.
Her wish was that there be no services. Her ashes will be scattered in the place of her choosing.
