John Stanley Becker

John Stanley Becker, 75, passed away on August 11, 2018 in Mesquite, NV to join his sweet wife, Gloria.

John was born on November 14, 1942 in the state of New Jersey to John Stanley Becker and Mary Kaminski . After graduating from High School, John joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served honorably during the Vietnam War. John loved his country and was proud to have served in the military. John would later work at the docks in New Jersey where he worked security, and that is where he met Gloria Jean Pluta, when she worked for U.S. Customs. They were married on June 20, 1981 in Elizabeth, NJ. Together, they taught pre-Cana classes for engaged couples. John loved his wife above all else.

John is preceded in death by his wife; Gloria Jean Becker. He is survived by his sister-in-law; Theresa Reinbold of Catharpin, VA; niece, Michelle Douglas of Manassas, VA; nephew, Joseph E. Reinbold of Tarpon Springs, FL; great- nephew, Joseph E. Reinbold, and great niece, Julienna Reinbold of Tarpon Springs, FL.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at la Virgen de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mesquite, NV, followed by Graveside Services at the Bunkerville City Cemetery.
