Johnny Michael Key

Johnny Michael Key, 43, passed away on November 15, 2017 in Mesquite, NV, following a long illness. Johnny was born on July 13, 1974 in Waterloo, NY.

Johnny moved to Mesquite, NV in 1989 and graduated from Virgin Valley High School in 1993. He enjoyed watching sports, traveling, and playing computer games. He loved taking his dog Wickett along with his good friend, Barb, to the park and visiting with the other dog owners there. Johnny always had on the biggest smile and loved to talk to the people he saw around town.

Johnny is survived by his mother; Cathy L. Kish of Mesquite, NV, his father; Danny Key of Seneca Falls, NY, his brother; Danny Patrick Key of Seneca Falls, NY, and his sisters; Christy Allen (Michael) of Lowell, MI, Judy Turner Orman (Eugene) of Lodi, NY, and April Turner of Canandaigua, NY; his five nieces; and his seven nephews.

There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at the First Baptist Church on 700 Hardy Way, Mesquite, NV, at 4:30 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life with friends and family from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. The family would like to invite you to leave a message or memory in their Guest Book at www.virginvalleymortuary.com.
