Trudi Blake

Trudi Lee Blake, age 57, died Thursday, November 9, 2017 in St. George, Utah. She was born October 9, 1960 in Garden Grove, California to Harold Lee Johnston and Rita Rae Rogers. On October 30, 1980 she married Roy Arthur Blake in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Trudi grew up in Boulder City, Nevada. She met Roy while in High School. After they were married they started their family in Las Vegas before settling in Overton in 1990. Trudi loved being a mother and wife. Her greatest joy came from being with family. She loved to care for and provide for her family. She enjoyed being home, watering the trees and sitting outside.

Family members include her husband, Roy of Overton; seven sons and three daughters: Mark (Amanda Davis) of Clifton, CO; Roy III (Annessa) of Grand Junction, CO; Chris (Jessica) of Waldport, OR; Marshall (Mary) of Greeley, CO; Melissa (Tieler) of Mesquite, NV; Mathew (Nichole King) of Greeley, CO; Nicole, Ryan and Jodi all of Overton, and Jacob Russell of Nevada; nineteen grandchildren; her father, Harold (Nancy) Johnston, of Cambenton, MO; one sister, Jodi Koudelka of CA and one brother, Mark Johnston of MO.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 12 Noon at the Moapa Valley Mortuary Chapel, 5090 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., Logandale, NV. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the mortuary. Interment will follow in the Logandale Cemetery.
