It is with heartfelt compassion that I share God's guarantee regarding death and a resurrection as recorded for us in the Bible. Whether we have religious beliefs or not, the fact is we are all faced with the same problems, including death. Death has always been in our future but this was not God's purpose for mankind. Psalm 34:18 says, "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." The Bible assures us that God does care about our pain and grief; so much so that He says 'death is an enemy' and promises it will be 'brought to nothing'. (1Corinthians 15:26) Further, Revelation 21:3,4 says 'death will be no more'. He promises that our loved ones who have died the hope of the restoration of life or as one definition says, "the state of one risen from the dead". Jesus spoke of the resurrection at John 5:21, 28, 29. Jesus himself was resurrected by his Father and performed many miracles including resurrections when here on earth.
So know that while we experience the grief and sadness because of death that God is a promise keeper and we will have the prospect of seeing our loved ones again which not only provides hope for the future but benefits us even now!

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I have no doubt that God will remember her and keep her memory safe. He will surely be glad to bring her back to life in a perfect world when suffering will be no more and we will all welcome back our loved ones that are asleep in death. (Revelation 21:4 & John 5:28, 29) May our loving Father bring your family the peace and comfort only He can provide.
