Jeffrey Alan Gladys

Mesquite, Nevada - Jeffrey Alan Gladys, age 67, passed away November 5, 2019 at Highland Manor of Mesquite. He was born December 27, 1951 in Montebello, CA to Julie Higue and Peter John Gladys. He married Ellen Louise Chicca on March 22, 1988 in Bullhead City, Nevada.
Jeff was a valued part of Clear Channel Outdoor for 37 years as an Electrical Supervisor. He loved traveling and spending time with his Wife and best friend, restoring classic cars, golfing with his buddies and enjoying Mesquite mornings with a strong cup of coffee and his pup, Oliver, in his lap.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen Gladys; daughters, Shannon Buonsanti and Danielle Johnson; sons, Jeffery Gladys, Anthony Chicca, Jeffrey Chicca, Michael Chicca, William Chicca, Aaron Gladys and Steven Chicca; son-in-laws, Sergio Buonsanti and Casey Johnson; daughters-in-law, Robin Chicca, Kim Chicca and Alexandra Chicca; grandchildren, Ava Buonsanti, Beck Buonsanti, Camber Chicca, Ryan Chicca, Seth Chicca, Rhyse Johnson, Lexus Chicca, Christopher Chicca and Steven Chicca; sister and brother-in-law, Diana and Calvin Rogers; brother, Stanley Gladys; and, his loving extended family and friends. 

Preceded in death by his father and mother, Peter and Julie Gladys; son, Christopher James Gladys; and former spouse, Loreli Perry-Gladys.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 1pm to 3pm at First Baptist Church of Mesquite - 700 Hardy Way, Mesquite NV 89027.  In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial contributions to be made in his honor to the American Diabetes Association.
