Jonathan Garcia

Jonathan Garcia, 32, passed away on April 12, 2021. Jonathan was born on November 28, 1988 in Artesia, CA to Michelle Ann Garcia. His family shortly moved to Las Vegas, NV where he was raised. He attended Las Vegas High School and played soccer. He loved music and started his own rock band named the “Iron Maiden”. He loved to skate and work out. He had a great work ethic, and worked in construction doing drywall. 

He was loved by his family, and as the eldest in his generation, was a big influence on his siblings and cousins. He was a jokester and the life of the party. He was always able to turn a bad situation into a funny one. He was a kind person with a big heart, and would always be there to help anyone. 

Jonathan is survived by his children, Yvonne Garcia and Jazmine Garcia; his mother, Michelle Godinez, his father, Marco A Godinez; his siblings, Marco Godinez Jr., Jazmin, Dommonique, Liela, and Maria, and a large and loving extended family.
