Jose Abelino Estrada Lopez, age 69, died Tuesday, July 21, 2020 in St. George, Utah. He was born November 2, 1950 iin San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Jose Estrada Terran and Pescuela Lopez. On March 1, 1969 he married Maria Mercedes Coca in Mexico.

Jose grew up in Cutler, California where he worked in Agriculture. His hard work and dependability helped him to promote to foreman. In 1995 he moved to Mesquite, Nevada where he went to work in the hotel / casino industry, doing maintenance and landscaping. He was a faithful member of the Iglesia Bet-el Church. He enjoyed spending all of his time with his grandchildren, watching MMA and Boxing and working in the yard and garden. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Survivors include his wife, Maria of Mesquite, NV; four sons and two daughters: Ivan (Margerita); Anibal (Carmela); Oscar (Veronica) all of Mesquite, NV; Carmen (Enrique) Rodriguez of Visalia, CA; Felipe; Rocio (Jorge) Monroy both of Mesquite, NV; fourteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; five brothers, Noe, Jose, Abel, Gaspar and Mechor and three sisters, Ninfa, Estella and Gloria.

A visitation is set for Friday, July 24, 2020 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Virgin Valley Mortuary, 320 E. Old Mill Road, Mesquite, Nevada. To ensure compliance with current social distancing guidelines, the public and extended family members are invited to make a brief visit, then exit the building.
