Judith Ann Kendall

Judy Kendall, 78, passed away on May 12, 2021 in her home in Overton, NV. Judy was born August 26, 1942 in Burbank, CA to Raymond Willey and Dorine Cheffer. Before graduating high school,  Judy took an acting class in California, and performed in a dinner theater. Judy met her husband and hero, John Kendall, when he rescued her when her car broke down on the highway in Southern Nevada. They were married six months later and raised six children. Judy loved her family, and made it to every game, concert or major event her six children participated in. She cared for her mother for many years until her passing. Judy loved art and music, and to travel. 
Judy is survived by her children, Colleen (John) Leithead, Jeff (Sharon) Kendall, Mary (Mel) Shockley, Carolyn (Scott) Laning, Jorine (Bill) Washam, and Chris (Joanne) Harris; her twenty-six grandchildren; and thirty-three great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Kendall; her son, John (Beth) Kendall; her parents; and one great-grandson. 
Visitation will be from 9:00 - 10:00 am followed by  Rosary and Catholic Sermon  from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. held on May 21, 2021 at the Moapa Valley Mortuary 5090 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., Logandale, NV. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Moapa Valley Mortuary, with interment following at the Logandale Cemetery.
