Kevin Arthur Hughes, 62, passed away on July 24, 2023 in Moapa, NV. Kevin was born on April 21, 1961 in Hickory, PA to Arthur Hughes and Helen Blystone. He married Carol Battenfield Hughes and they raised two children together. They were later divorced, and remained best friends.
He loved his grandchildren more than anything. He loved teaching them about the things he enjoyed, whether it be playing the guitar, fishing, or playing poker. He always had candy to spoil them with. Kevin was spontaneous, often traveling and finding new adventures. He had a fondness for drive-in movie theaters. He worked over thirty years as a technician, working with fire and alarm systems.
Kevin is survived by his children, Sara (Michael) Barbeau and Christina (Joe Keller) Hughes; and his seven grandchildren, Gavin, Siara, Axel, Kyle, Kaleb, Joey, and Kevin.
