Victoria Lynn Luzzi, age 46, died Friday, February12, 2021 in an auto accident, in Arizona, near Mesquite, Nevada. She was born January 16, 1975 in Auburn, California to Phillip John and Carol Michelle Souza Owens.
Victoria lived most of her life in Northern California near Sacramento. She earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Phoenix. She worked for the State of California supervising their fleet of vehicles and parking garages. She loved the outdoors, fishing, camping and hiking. She enjoyed playing pool and competed in several APA Tournaments. She moved to St. George in 2018.
Survivors include one son, Kelly Michael Elliott Owens of Crossville, TN; father, Phillip J. (Earlene) Owens of Washington, UT; mother, Carol Wilson of Crossville, TN; grandmother, Jean Owens of San Antonio, TX; one sister, Vanessa Gottfried of Crossville, TN, and stepdaughter; Arielle Luzzi, Orange County, CA.
