William Fred “Bill” Valerio, age 69, died Thursday, December 24, 2020 at his home in Mesquite, Nevada. He was born June 12, 1951 in Denver, Colorado to Fred Joseph and Rosemary May Morehead Valerio. On September 26, 1992 he married Kathleen Ann Fielding in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
Bill grew up in Aurora, Colorado where he was known as “Big Bill”. His career was being a mining and construction superintendent. He retired to Mesquite in 2013 where he continued to golf and enjoy the warm climate.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy; daughter, Nicole Lee of Delta, CO; son, Joseph (Sarah) Valerio of Winsor, CO; stepdaughters: Erica (Jimi) Hendrick of Mesquite, NV; Allison (Mark) Jenkins of Winnemucca, NV; nine grandchildren and one great grandson.
